HOW DO I PAY FOR THE ITEMS I WANT?
Payment method accepted: E-TRANFER to anaiorga.portfolio@gmail.com
Currency: Canadian Dollars (CAD)
For items in stock (ie. prints, masks, etc.), payment + shipping is required when order is placed.
For custom~made items (ie. line art canvases, garments, etc.), a deposit of half the payment is required to start the project, and the rest can be paid upon delivery.
WHAT FORMATS DO PRINTS COME IN?
The ready-made digital prints are sold by:
1. FORMAT: Digital or Physical Prints. They also have the option of coming framed for an extra $15.
2. LICENSE: Personal or Professional Use.
HOW DO DIGITAL PRODUCTS WORK?
Step 1: Browse and select the product you like.
Step 2: Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
Step 3: You will receive an email with a download link! Follow the link and download your PDF.
Step 4: Print your product any size you would like and on any paper you would like.
(We suggest photo glossy paper and at least 5" by 7" for prints with text on them for optimal quality.)
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A DIGITAL PRODUCT?
Our digital products are delivered to you with no wait or shipping fees and they provide you with the flexibility of use for any project, any size, any paper choice and any amount that you desire!
Simply download the PDF with your digital file and print.
Remember to select the "best quality" option on your printer and the appropriate paper and size for best results.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER CAN I USE TO PRINT THE POSTERS?
Here are some types of paper that you could use for best results:
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL USE?
Personal Use: you can copy, print, and display the digital file as many times as you would
like for your own personal use. This means printing for yourself and your home!
Professional Use: you can copy, print, and display the digital file as many times as you would like for
company and business use. This is anything that leads to financial gain, including
use on your professional website or a blogger instagram account.
I'VE PAID FOR THE DIGITAL FILE BUT STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN E-MAIL - SHOULD I PANICK?
Not at all. It takes up to 24 hours for the link to arrive!
If it still hasn't arrived after a day, please contact me through the

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM PRINT / LINE ART?
While each project is different, it typically takes two weeks or less to complete a custom print or line art!
