The ANA IORGA FW22 Florii collection is inspired by the techniques used in traditional Romanian clothing as well as the freedom brought by the Romanian revolution, this collection explores my heritage and values through 5 couture pieces.

TRADITION

This collection brings to light the beautiful and intricate elements of the ages old Romanian culture. A part of my heritage, the collection draws elements from traditional Romanian costumes, namely the intricate embroidery, colours and silhouettes.

FREEDOM

The collection also draws on the concept of freedom and the 1989 Romanian communist revolution, a huge impact on modern society in the country. It brings to light that freedom is our fundamental right and that we constantly need to fight for it.

FLORII
