HOW DO I PAY FOR THE ITEMS I WANT?
Payment method accepted: E-TRANFER to anaiorga.portfolio@gmail.com
Currency: Canadian Dollars (CAD)

For items in stock (ie. prints, masks, etc.), payment + shipping is required when order is placed.
For custom~made items (ie. line art canvases, garments, etc.), a deposit of half the payment is required to start the project, and the rest can be paid upon delivery.
HOW CAN I GET MY ITEMS?
Currently, I offer a couple different types of delivery methods:

1. LOCAL PICKUP: pickup at my local studio, located near Dundas & Bloor by Dundas West Station.
2. LOCAL DELIVERY: in some circumstances, local meetups or delivery option may be available in Toronto.
3. SHIPPING: I offer shipping Canada~wide through Canada Post.
*Some items are not eligible for shipping!

Unfortunately shipping and delivery is only available in Canada at the moment!
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Shipping options to Canada on eligible items include:

1. LOCAL PICKUP: Dundas & Bloor, TO.
Available evenings & weekends.
Please contact me to make a pickup appointment.

2. FREE SHIPPING: eligible on orders over $350.
7 ~ 14 business days.
​
3. LOCAL DELIVERY / MEETUPS: eligible based on location.
$15 flat fee.
3 ~ 5 business days.

4. CANADA POST XPRESSPOST: 1 ~ 3 business days.
Rates depend on shipping location.

5. CANADA POST PARCEL GROUND: 5 ~ 7 business days.
Rates depend on shipping location.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING?
Items eligible for shipping include:

- In-stock & custom prints, framed & unframed.
- In-stock & custom masks.
- In-stock & custom garments.
WHY ARE THE OTHER ITEMS NOT ABLE TO SHIP?
Certain products are too delicate to ship.
I would love for my valued customers to receive their canvas art and custom projects in perfect, undamaged condition.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be notified on every step of your order's journey, from completion of a project to shipping or delivery!

Once an order has shipped, I will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
HOW DO EXCHANGES & RETURNS WORK?
I want you to be 100% happy with your order!
